Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the payment date. Packages will be sent via USPS, or UPS or occasionally delivered directly by Leti Toys Shop from California residents. The tracking number will be emailed to the address given at the point of purchase when the order is shipped. Currently, we only ship to US addresses.

Eligibility for a Refund
Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. Contact our Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization Form and Label for your return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
Once your item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. If the item is damaged or the return is initiated after 30 days, it will not be eligible for a refund.
