Kindly contact our Customer Support to be assisted for the Return Authorization form and label. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. What if my item was damaged or defective, or I received the wrong item?

Here at Leti Toys Shop, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so should you received any incomplete or damaged items, please contact Customer Service at or you may use our Contact Us form. You are eligible for a return for exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt. All returns must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company hang tags and manuals still attached. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.



How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days after receiving your parcel to submit a return request and ship the item back to us.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we received the returned package, a refund will immediately be processed. Please note that refunds might take 3-5 business days for credit cards and 1-2 weeks for debit card to reflect on your account, depending on your card provider.


Can I return a gift?
